Following the news, the director of Fast & Furious, Justin Lin, does not rule out a crossover with Jurassic Park, a new fan image unites the two franchises.
The worlds of Fast and Furious Y Jurassic Park come together in a fun new crossover image. Both franchises are preparing for their latest installments, although Fast and Furious It will hit theaters before the dinosaurs. Fast and Furious 9, officially titled F9, was delayed from last year by the coronavirus pandemic and is currently scheduled for launch on June 25. In the meantime, Jurassic World: Dominion It was supposed to debut that same month, but the pandemic pushed it back a year.
With Fast and Furious Getting bigger and bigger with each installment, the question has become: Where could the franchise go next? The answer online for the past few years has been space, and it seems Fast and furious 9 could cross to the final border. With the franchise jumping into the area that once seemed like a ludicrous idea, everyone is looking for the next hook that defies expectations. Right now, it apparently appears to be a cross with Jurassic World, which stems from recent comments made by F9 director Justin Lin and star Michelle Rodriguez.
All it takes is a small statement to send the internet blasting, and the Fast and Furious/Jurassic Park Cross creations have already started to appear. This comes from Fandom on social media and take the moving final moments of Furious 7 and gives them a Jurassic turn. When talking about a potential Fast and Furious/Jurassic crossed, Lin said she never says anything, leaving the door wide open for it to really happen. With the franchise potentially making its way into the space in future installments, there must be some behind the scenes debating where the series will go next. A crossover with Jurassic ParkWhile it certainly pushes the boundaries in terms of what the audience will accept, it’s not as impossible as it sounds. After all, Universal owns both franchises.
Regardless of the potential crossovers, the end is in sight for both franchises. Fast and Furious will produce two more movies later F9, although it will likely survive through spin-offs. The same can be said with Jurassic Park, that will come to an end with Domain in June 2022. Of course, that doesn’t mean they can’t be revived for the ultimate combination of universal properties, just that it probably won’t happen anytime soon. Still, stranger things have happened.
