Hasbro is doing its biggest Marvel Legends action figure with a 32-inch Galactus. Hasbro is one of the largest toy companies in the world and has been releasing figures in the Marvel Legends line since the early 2000s. The line includes characters not only from the Marvel comics, but also from various heroes and villains from the world. MCU and other Marvel movies and TV shows. While most Marvel Legends figures stand around 6 inches tall, several are above this, most notably the Build-a-Figure characters.
Now Hasbro has plans to produce a 32-inch figure of Galactus. The company needs 14,000 people to commit to buying the figure before the huge figure goes into production. At the time of writing, the fundraiser is just over half of its 14,000 mark with about a month and a half left for people to sign up. The fundraiser will end on August 30 and the Galactus figure will cost $ 399.99. It should be noted that the designs below are not final.
If the figure goes into production, it will come with 70 points of articulation (20 in each hand) and three interchangeable faceplates. If the project has enough sponsors, Galactus will ship this fall. Galactus was a Build-a-Figure character in 2005, but Marvel Legends figures have come a long way in the last 16 years, especially after Hasbro started using photo-real technology. The ancient Galactus figure was also not in scale with other 6-inch figures, so the fact that this is Marvel Legends’ the largest figure could ever be large enough to produce it.
