The Batman DC FanDome Trailer Re-Released in 4K

The Batman trailer shared during the DC FanDome has been re-released in 4K, sharing a higher definition look at Robert Pattinson’s Caped Crusader.

Fans were able to enjoy new images of Robert Pattinson as the caped crusader yesterday, with glimpses of Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon, Colin Farrell as Penguin and Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman. Batman will make his theatrical debut on March 4, 2022.

Director Matt Reeves has previously unveiled a 4K addition to the first The batman trailer, which was released during the inaugural DC FanDome last year. Now, with principal photography completed in early 2021, this latest trailer provides a much clearer picture of what to expect from the next film. With sharper dialogue from Pattinson’s Batman, interactions with Kravitz’s Catwoman, clues to Dano’s nefarious plan as The Riddler, and intense chase scenes with Farrell’s Penguin, it’s clear that Reeves had a lot more to work with in the trailer plus recent.

Now, once again, the latest trailer for The batman has been relaunched through IGN in 4K. While it doesn’t include additional footage, the trailer offers a sharper look at iconic DC characters and a grim Gotham city. It also offers a chance to watch Pattinson serve up some truly classic Batman beatings in high definition. Look the following video:

The trailer’s addition of 4K really allows Reeves to show what he’s accomplished so far with the movie without revealing anything else. As you no doubt intended, the crystal clear vision of the footage makes all aspects of The batman shine. From a closer look at Pattinson and Kravitz’s costumes to the intricate design of the Batmobile and the transformation of Farrell’s face into the Penguin, the detail showcased in this enhanced trailer is palpable.

Although certainly this new and cleaner look The batmanAs well as the additional details shared during the DC FanDome, they have fed fans’ appetites in the lead up to March 4, expectations for the film have probably never been higher. This latest showcase seems to demonstrate Reeves’ ambition for the film to provide a fresh perspective on the Dark Knight, focusing on a younger, more inexperienced iteration of the hero and his would-be villains. An independent delivery, the narrative possibilities of The batman it seems mostly limitless and will only fuel the anticipation of fans. Regardless of how it’s ultimately received, this latest trailer at least promises that Reeves and Pattinson will deliver a remake of the iconic DC hero.
